Let's build a solar-powered water pump together in Giza
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a solar-powered water pump - we need $750 for materials.

For eight years the neighborhood has asked for a solar-powered water pump. This year a group of 10 volunteers, including two retired carpenters, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the old Liberty bus depot, but no funding.
We have received donated timber, and the remaining cost is $750.
It will serve about 405 people, including elderly neighbors living alone. We'll hold a build day in November and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $750 goes:
• Materials: $550
• Permits and inspections: $25
• Safety equipment and signage: $65
• Tools hire and delivery: $110

Sure. The biggest one is materials, $550. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Thanks for looking so closely.
