For ten years the neighborhood has asked for a rainwater harvesting system. This year a group of 14 volunteers, including the neighborhood football club, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Harmony health centre yard, but no funding. We have received donated a pump, and the remaining cost is $3,450. It will serve about 106 people, including young people who have nowhere safe to play. We'll hold a build day in October and everyone is invited. We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos. Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered. Where the $3,450 goes: • Materials: $2,650 • Permits and inspections: $240 • Safety equipment and signage: $115 • Tools hire and delivery: $445 You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it. - Kevin

        • Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Kevin.
