Let's build a community garden together in Busan
Volunteers in Busan are raising $2,050 for a community garden at the Harmony health centre yard.

For ten years the neighborhood has asked for a community garden. This year a group of 28 volunteers, including the parish youth group, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Harmony health centre yard, but no funding.
We have received donated soil and plants, and the remaining cost is $2,050.
It will serve about 455 people, including children, seniors and people with disabilities. We'll hold a build day in June and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $2,050 goes:
• Materials: $1,650
• Permits and inspections: $230
• Tools hire and delivery: $170
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.
