Kieran needs my ride-share car repaired to get back to work in Kilkenny
Kieran drives for a living in Kilkenny, and a broken fuel pump has stopped all income for 7 weeks.

I make my living with my ride-share car. 7 weeks ago the fuel pump failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $1,050. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my two daughters and my mother. Before the breakdown I worked nine hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next four months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $1,050 goes:
• fuel pump replacement (parts): $550
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $155
• Labor charges: $345
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Hope things get better soon, Kieran. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I went through something like this 14 years ago and strangers helped me out. Take care.
hang in there. I hope things turn around soon. Love from Toronto.
