Keep the water on at Elke's home in Berlin
Elke is behind on water bills after a reduction in hours and needs $750 to avoid a shut-off.

The water account is 2 months behind. Elke received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on July unless $750 is paid. She had never been late before a reduction in hours.
Elke called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $75 first, which isn't available.
The household includes two young children, and going through winter without water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
Elke is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
