The water account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless I pay $100. I have never been late before losing my job in July. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $30 first, which I don't have. I live with a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the cold months without water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
