Rattapon, my husband, passed away on 26 August after complications from pneumonia. He was 72 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $350 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 12 September.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Rattapon to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to the Bang Khen hospice.

• Transport of the deceased: $120
• Memorial gathering for the family: $55
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $175
