Anthony is behind on water bills after a reduction in hours and needs $700 to avoid a shut-off.

The water account is 2 months behind. Anthony received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on February unless $700 is paid. He had never been late before a reduction in hours.
Anthony called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $145 first, which isn't available.
The household includes three children under ten, and going through summer without water isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
Anthony is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
