Keep the heating on at Zenaida's home in Makati

The heating account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless I pay $150. I have never been late before losing my job in June. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which I don't have. I live with a newborn, and going through the cold months without heating isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
