The heating account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless I pay $600. I have never been late before a reduction in hours. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $105 first, which I don't have. I live with a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the cold months without heating isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
