Keep the gas on at Dinesh's home in New Delhi
A disconnection notice for gas arrived and Dinesh needs $150 before September.

The gas account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless I pay $150. I have never been late before my partner leaving the household.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which I don't have.
I live with a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the rainy season without gas isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
Where the $150 goes:
• Water arrears: $95
• Reconnection and late fees: $15
• Down payment on a payment plan: $40
If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.
