My food truck: Tim's only way to earn a living
Without my food truck Tim can't work; a $1,000 repair would put him back on the road.

I make my living with my food truck. 3 weeks ago the engine head gasket failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $1,000. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my family of five. Before the breakdown I worked ten hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next six months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
All money will go toward the parts and labor on the estimate, with a small amount for road tax and insurance renewal.
Where the $1,000 goes:
• Towing and inspection: $80
• Labor charges: $110
• engine head gasket replacement (parts): $810
I hope life is good to you.

Hope you make a strong comeback. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. All the best
Is there anything that isn't money that would help Tim?
Sharing the link is the biggest thing. And if you know anything about towing and inspection, advice is welcome too. Good question.
hope the shop reopens soon. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry.
Praying for you, Tim. Shared this with my family. We're a small family in Epe but we're thinking of you. Blessings
Sending good thoughts, Tim. Hope the shop reopens soon. I hope November is when things finally get easier.
