Keep the gas on at Abhishek's home in Ludhiana

The gas account is 4 months behind. Abhishek received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless $100 is paid. He had never been late before losing my job in August. Abhishek called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which isn't available. The household includes a newborn, and going through the rainy season without gas isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
