The electricity account is 4 months behind. Zulkifli received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless $100 is paid. He had never been late before an unexpected car repair. Zulkifli called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $10 first, which isn't available. The household includes a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through winter without electricity isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
