Keep the electricity on at Yulia's home in Saint Petersburg
A disconnection notice for electricity arrived and Yulia needs $200 before November.

The electricity account is 2 months behind. Yulia received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless $200 is paid. She had never been late before my partner leaving the household.
Yulia called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $60 first, which isn't available.
The household includes an elderly mother, and going through the rainy season without electricity isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
Yulia is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
