Help a family move in Aurangabad - 4-hour job
Moving day on Thursday: we need four volunteers and ideally a van.
🇮🇳 Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India1,679 views
After a break-in at the old place, I found a safe, affordable apartment in Aurangabad, and the lease starts on Thursday. I have my elderly father, a few pieces of furniture and no money for movers.
I'm hoping for four volunteers for about four hours. If you have a van or pickup, that would help enormously - I'll cover fuel.
The old place is on the second floor and the new place has an elevator. We'll do it in two trips. Lunch and cold drinks are on me.
I know this is a lot to ask of strangers. I'd be happy to share references from my landlord and my employer.
Thanks for being kind about this.

You're not alone, Manisha. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. Wish I lived closer to New Delhi so I could bring a meal.
you're not alone. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Love from London.
wishing you peace. A secure home matters so much. Hope you're settled soon. We're a small family in London but we're thinking of you. Thinking of Aurangabad
You're not alone. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. God bless.
Stay strong. I hope things turn around soon. Put this on a community board in Jakarta Barat this morning. Greetings from Jakarta Barat.
