After a violent robbery, Fernanda has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at the Guarulhos Counselling Collective cost $20 each.
Fernanda has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Fernanda could afford. The therapist recommends 24 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
