Keep the electricity on at Uzma's home in Karachi

The electricity account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on May unless I pay $100. I have never been late before an unexpected car repair. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which I don't have. I live with a disabled brother, and going through summer without electricity isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
