Keep the electricity and water on at Wilfredo's home in Edmonton
Wilfredo is behind on electricity and water bills after August's medical emergency and needs $600 to avoid a shut-off.

The electricity and water account is 2 months behind. Wilfredo received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on December unless $600 is paid. He had never been late before August's medical emergency.
Wilfredo called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $160 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a disabled brother, and going through summer without electricity and water isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
Wilfredo is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
