Karina's final semester of a nursing degree in Tlaquepaque

Karina is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a nursing degree at Tlaquepaque University, and is two terms away from graduating. She has worked as a shop assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,950. The registrar has said Karina can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Karina has a top-ten-percent average, and a department head has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Karina would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Karina isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees. Where the $1,950 goes: • Outstanding tuition balance: $760 • Final term tuition: $1,050 • Exam and lab fees: $35 • Textbooks and materials: $105 Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.
