After a car accident, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at Augusta Wellbeing Centre cost $135 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.

12 therapy sessions is $1,550 of it. Everything else is listed in the story and nothing outside that list comes out of this page.
