Hosting wanted: Maverick travelling with Maria to Ottawa for treatment
Looking for a host or low-cost room within 30 minutes of the Ottawa Cancer Centre.

My sister Maria has been accepted for treatment at the Ottawa Cancer Centre in Ottawa, starting on Saturday in October. We live 507 km away in a rural district, and hotel costs would use up what we have set aside for the treatment itself.
We're looking for a room, granny flat or short-term rental within about 30 minutes of the hospital, for 5 weeks. Two of us would stay: Maria and me. We can contribute $120 a week and cook for the household if you'd like.
Maria will have some immune precautions, so a clean, smoke-free place would be ideal. A kitchen is a bonus. Thank you.
