Hosting wanted: Himari travelling with Riku to Osaka for treatment
Looking for a host or low-cost room within 30 minutes of Osaka Transplant Centre.
🇯🇵 Osaka, Osaka, Japan1,119 views
My brother Riku has been accepted for treatment at Osaka Transplant Centre in Osaka, starting on Thursday in November. We live 505 km away in a village four hours away, and hotel costs would use up what we have set aside for the treatment itself.
We're looking for a room, granny flat or short-term rental within about 30 minutes of the hospital, for 3 weeks. Two of us would stay: Riku and me. We can contribute $100 a week and cook for the household if you'd like.
Riku will have some immune precautions, so a clean, smoke-free place would be ideal. A kitchen is a bonus. Thank you.
Thanks for being kind about this.

Hope it all works out. Wishing Riku a smooth procedure and a full recovery. I hope December is when things finally get easier. Take care.
Wishing you the best, Himari. Shared this with my family. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. Take care.
Thinking of you and your family, Himari. Gave what I could, wish it was more. I'll check back for the next update
Keep going, Himari. I hope things turn around soon. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected!
Thanks for sharing this, Himari. Wishing Riku a smooth procedure and a full recovery. I'm in retail myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you
Stay strong, Himari. Look after yourselves too, caregivers need rest. Sent it to 31 people at work. All the best.
