Gdańsk

For fifteen years I have run a fish stall in Gdańsk. In July, the demolition of the market took a freezer and scales. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me. Before that, my customers came every Saturday, and I employed 2 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 12 weeks. This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment. Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item. I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go. Where the $750 goes: • Shop repairs and licensing: $180 • Working capital for the first month: $220 • Initial stock: the first catch: $350 I hope life is good to you.

Updates from Zbigniew

Thank you all. We're at 23% now ($174). I'm honestly stunned. I made the first payment toward shop repairs and licensing.
Update from Gdańsk: we've started the first stage. We're at 11% of the goal. Thank you for believing in us.

Wishing you peace, Zbigniew. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. After 14 years in construction I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Love from Ogbomosho.
