Help Vincenzo with an overdue heating bill before the rainy season
Help Vincenzo cover an overdue heating bill so the household stays safe this the rainy season.
🇮🇹 Bergamo, Lombardy, Italy1,794 views
The heating account is 3 months behind. Vincenzo received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on December unless $550 is paid. He had never been late before an unexpected car repair.
Vincenzo called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $140 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the rainy season without heating isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
Vincenzo is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
Where the $550 goes:
• Heating arrears: $350
• Reconnection and late fees: $145
• Down payment on a payment plan: $55
Thanks for being kind about this.

You're not alone, Sofia. Gave what I could, wish it was more. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double
