Tuhin was diagnosed with prostate cancer in June. The oncology team at the Jessore Oncology Institute has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in September. He will be away from work for about 5 weeks.
Tuhin is 55, worked as a tailor until June, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to the Jessore Oncology Institute 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.

• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $85
• Scans and lab work: $140
• Transport to the Jessore Oncology Institute: $105
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $420
