Radha was diagnosed with prostate cancer in July. The oncology team at London Cancer Centre has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in October. She will be away from work for about 10 weeks. Radha is 54, worked as a construction supervisor until July, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to London Cancer Centre 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders. I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes. Where the $7,450 goes: • Scans and lab work: $850 • Household costs while unable to work: $1,150 • Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $430 • Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $5,020 Every share and every dollar helps.
