Taras needs a cold-storage unit to reopen a small grocery stall
A small grocery stall in Moscow needs help replacing a cold-storage unit after a long illness and repossession.

For twelve years I have run a small grocery stall in Moscow. In November, a long illness and repossession took a cold-storage unit. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Thursday, and I employed 1 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 7 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $550 goes:
• Shop repairs and licensing: $160
• Working capital for the first month: $135
• Initial stock: fresh produce: $255
If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

Sending strength, Taras. Small businesses are the heart of Moscow. Hope you're open again soon. After 14 years in public service I know how hard it's to ask for anything. All the best
