Help Nicolás restart a laundry service in Flint after a fire in the building
Nicolás has run a laundry service for fifteen years; a fire in the building destroyed the equipment, and $3,450 will put it back on its feet.

For fifteen years I have run a laundry service in Flint. In May, a fire in the building took two washing machines and a dryer. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Sunday, and I employed 1 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 7 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $3,450 goes:
• Shop repairs and licensing: $340
• Replacing two washing machines and a dryer: $2,600
• Working capital for the first month: $510
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Thinking of you and your family. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Greetings from Wellington.
sending love, Nicolás. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes.
What exactly is the $3,450 for?
Sure. The biggest one is shop repairs and licensing, $340. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. It helps to be asked.
Sending good thoughts. Hope the shop reopens soon. I have a 15 year old who wants to send good wishes too. Greetings from Kassel
