I'm the first person in my family to go to university. I'm studying a master's in public health at Mandeville University, and I'm two terms away from graduating. I have worked as a tutor to pay my way, but this term my hours were cut and I have an unpaid balance of $1,050.
The registrar has told me I can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. I have a distinction average, and my professor has written in support of my application for a payment plan.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support my younger siblings. Without enrolling this term I'd lose my place and my scholarship eligibility.
I'm not asking for a handout - I want to finish what I started and then help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Mandeville University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $1,050 goes:
• Textbooks and materials: $70
• Final term tuition: $900
• Exam and lab fees: $80
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.

Is there anything that isn't money that would help Orville?
Thank you. If you're in Mandeville I'll say if something practical comes up. For now sharing this is great. Happy to explain more.
Wishing you peace, Orville. I hope things turn around soon. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Greetings from Brandon.
