Help Diego restart a barbershop in Nashville after floodwater
A barbershop in Nashville needs help replacing clippers, chairs and mirrors after floodwater.
🇺🇸 Nashville, Tennessee, United States726 views
For three years I have run a barbershop in Nashville. In August, floodwater took clippers, chairs and mirrors. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Friday, and I employed 1 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 6 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $2,100 goes:
• Shop repairs and licensing: $680
• Initial stock: supplies: $580
• Working capital for the first month: $840
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Best of luck, Diego. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Don't give up.
Thanks for sharing this, Diego. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up
Hope the shop reopens soon. I'm in hospitality myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you
Thinking of you, Diego. Hope you get there
Thinking of you and your family, Diego. I hope things turn around soon. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Greetings from Ciudad de México.
