Help Aarav lay Diya to rest with dignity in Detroit
After the sudden passing of Diya, the family is asking for help with the funeral home and burial costs.

Diya, my sister, passed away on 6 September after a sudden heart attack. She was 24 years old. She was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $2,300 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 15 September.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Diya to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
The funds will be paid directly to the funeral home, and I'll share the receipt.

• Transport of the deceased: $200
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $1,850
• Memorial gathering for the family: $250
