Hatem wants to stay at home - help fund six months of care

I'm caring for my father, who's 76. After a stroke last August Hatem can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Hatem desperately wants to stay at home.
I work 30 hours a week and have cut back to look after him, but we need a part-time carer.
Hatem worked all of his life as a farmer, and raised 5 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back.
Medication, a hospital bed and a carer for six months will make a huge difference.
Funds cover the carer's wages, medicines, a hospital bed rental and incontinence supplies.
Where the $4,850 goes:
• Part-time carer (six months): $3,900
• Medication and prescriptions: $440
• Hospital bed and mattress rental: $250
• Mobility aids and bathroom adaptations: $260
