Surgery fund for Chidinma: septoplasty in Lagos

In February I was diagnosed with severe cataracts in both eyes. My surgeon at Lagos Orthopedic Institute recommended septoplasty, and I have been placed on the schedule for May. The hospital's financial office gave me a written estimate of $1,650, and after what the public health scheme will pay, I'm still $1,000 short. Doctors at Lagos Orthopedic Institute told me severe cataracts in both eyes will get worse without septoplasty.
