Halima needs my tuk-tuk repaired to get back to work in Abuja
Halima drives for a living in Abuja, and a broken gearbox has stopped all income for 3 weeks.

I make my living with my tuk-tuk. 3 weeks ago the gearbox failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $160. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my family of five. Before the breakdown I worked eleven hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next three months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
All money will go toward the parts and labor on the estimate, with a small amount for road tax and insurance renewal.
Where the $160 goes:
• gearbox replacement (parts): $105
• Labor charges: $25
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $25
• Towing and inspection: $5
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
