Hà's final semester of a teaching qualification in Hồ Chí Minh City
A first-generation student, Hà needs help covering tuition for the final stretch of a teaching qualification.

Hà is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a teaching qualification at Hồ Chí Minh City State College, and is one term away from graduating. She has worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $500.
The registrar has said Hà can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Hà has a top-ten-percent average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Hà would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Hà isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
Where the $500 goes:
• Exam and lab fees: $45
• Final term tuition: $310
• Outstanding tuition balance: $145
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Updates from Dũng
Good news. Because of your gifts ($377 in total) I met with the university and confirmed the amounts. Still a way to go but it feels less lonely.
