Get Yumi back on the road: my pickup repair fund
Without my pickup Yumi can't work; a $850 repair would put her back on the road.

I make my living with my pickup. 3 weeks ago the engine head gasket failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $850. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my 2 children. Before the breakdown I worked nine hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next six months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $850 goes:
• Labor charges: $260
• engine head gasket replacement (parts): $460
• Towing and inspection: $130
With deep gratitude,
Yumi
