Get Santiago back on the road: my school-run minibus repair fund

Without my school-run minibus Santiago can't work; a $500 repair would put him back on the road.

I make my living with my school-run minibus. 10 weeks ago the suspension failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $500. Without the vehicle I earn nothing. I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask. I support my two daughters and my mother. Before the breakdown I worked nine hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next four months if I can just get the vehicle working. I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here. I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update. Where the $500 goes: • suspension replacement (parts): $330 • Labor charges: $60 • Road tax and insurance renewal: $90 • Towing and inspection: $20 Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.
