Get Radosław back on the road: my food truck repair fund
Radosław drives for a living in Warsaw, and a broken fuel pump has stopped all income for 8 weeks.
🇵🇱 Poland2,241 views
I make my living with my food truck. 8 weeks ago the fuel pump failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $450. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my 3 children. Before the breakdown I worked nine hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next four months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
All money will go toward the parts and labor on the estimate, with a small amount for road tax and insurance renewal.
Where the $450 goes:
• fuel pump replacement (parts): $200
• Labor charges: $105
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $115
• Towing and inspection: $30
Glad we found this place.

rooting for you. Small businesses are the heart of Warsaw. Hope you're open again soon. I hope January is when things finally get easier
Good luck, Radosław. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. All the best
Sending love. This could happen to any of us. I went through something like this 12 years ago and strangers helped me out.
