Get Peyton back on the road: my food truck repair fund
Peyton's my food truck is Peyton's only source of income and needs a fuel pump replacement costing $1,500.
🇺🇸 Montgomery, Alabama, United States2,026 views
I make my living with my food truck. 4 weeks ago the fuel pump failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $1,500. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my two daughters and my mother. Before the breakdown I worked ten hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next three months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
All money will go toward the parts and labor on the estimate, with a small amount for road tax and insurance renewal.
Where the $1,500 goes:
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $260
• Labor charges: $280
• fuel pump replacement (parts): $960
If you're reading this, thank you.

So sorry you're going through this, Peyton. Hope you get there. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Take care

I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I'm in teaching myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. Thinking of Montgomery.
