Get Kylie back on the road: my taxi repair fund
Kylie's my taxi is Kylie's only source of income and needs a gearbox replacement costing $600.

I make my living with my taxi. 8 weeks ago the gearbox failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $600. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my 3 children. Before the breakdown I worked eleven hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next four months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $600 goes:
• Labor charges: $145
• gearbox replacement (parts): $380
• Towing and inspection: $75
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Rooting for you, Kylie. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I'll check back for the next update. God bless.
You're not alone. Shared this with my family. We're a small family in Birmingham but we're thinking of you. Thinking of Aberdeen
you're not alone. Hope you make a strong comeback. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. All the best!
Wishing you the best. Small businesses are the heart of Aberdeen. Hope you're open again soon. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Take care.
Take care, Kylie. I hope things turn around soon.
