Get Kwasi back on the road: my delivery van repair fund
Kwasi drives for a living in Accra, and a broken fuel pump has stopped all income for 5 weeks.

I make my living with my delivery van. 5 weeks ago the fuel pump failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $200. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my family of five. Before the breakdown I worked eleven hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next four months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $200 goes:
• fuel pump replacement (parts): $60
• Labor charges: $40
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $50
• Towing and inspection: $50
Thanks for being kind about this.

everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Thinking of Accra
rooting for you. Your post was clear and honest. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Take care.
Sending strength, Kwasi. I hope things turn around soon. My sister had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. All the best.
