Get Dustin back on the road: my taxi repair fund
Without my taxi Dustin can't work; a $1,000 repair would put him back on the road.

I make my living with my taxi. 7 weeks ago the fuel pump failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $1,000. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my wife and our newborn. Before the breakdown I worked nine hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next six months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $1,000 goes:
• fuel pump replacement (parts): $650
• Labor charges: $125
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $185
• Towing and inspection: $40
With deep gratitude,
Dustin

Keep going. Gave what I could, wish it was more. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Greetings from New Delhi.
Thinking of you. This could happen to any of us. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Greetings from Sacramento
