Gas fitter needed urgently: Miles's home isn't safe
A gas fitter is needed to repair a leaking gas line at the home of a family of 6.

In April an inspector told me that my home has a leaking gas line. It's a safety risk for me and my three children. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $1,100 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed gas fitter who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $105.
The job should take about three hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a gas fitter and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

praying for you. This could happen to any of us. Don't be hard on yourself for asking.
take care, Miles. Hope this works out for you. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Thinking of Auckland.
Hang in there. Shared this with my family. Greetings from Rennes.
Good luck, Miles. I hope things turn around soon. My brother had a similar thing happen so this one hit home.
Keep going. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. It's not much but it's yours
