Looking for the owner of a child's blue rucksack found on Sunday morning in Lahore.

I'm Farah. Yesterday I found a child's blue rucksack near the clinic in Lahore. I don't want to leave it with someone who might not look for the owner, so I'm putting it here.
To protect the owner, I'm not saying everything about it: describe it to me in an offer on this post, and I'll be able to tell whether it's yours. We'll swap contact details through HelpBLESS, and I'll hand it over somewhere public in daylight.
If you know who might have lost it, please pass this on.
Every share helps. Thank you.

I have a garden camera facing that street and will check the footage. Flexible on timing.
