Fighting stomach cancer: help Vivaan afford treatment in Durgapur
Vivaan is facing stomach cancer and the cost of treatment, travel and care at home is far beyond what the family can cover.

Vivaan was diagnosed with stomach cancer in July. The oncology team at Durgapur Regional Medical Center has planned 6 rounds of treatment, starting in September. He will be away from work for about 10 weeks.
Vivaan is 49, worked as a primary school teacher until July, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Durgapur Regional Medical Center 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
