Help Georgios through 12 rounds of treatment for multiple myeloma
Georgios is facing multiple myeloma and the cost of treatment, travel and care at home is far beyond what the family can cover.

Georgios was diagnosed with multiple myeloma in July. The oncology team at the Athens Oncology Institute has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in October. He will be away from work for about 8 weeks.
Georgios is 29, worked as a shop owner until July, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to the Athens Oncology Institute 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.
Where the $1,950 goes:
• Transport to the Athens Oncology Institute: $500
• Scans and lab work: $380
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $310
• Household costs while unable to work: $760
