Fighting stage 3 ovarian cancer: help Ezekiel afford treatment in Cardiff
6 rounds of treatment are planned at Cardiff Regional Medical Center; we're asking for help with the costs insurance doesn't cover.
🇬🇧 Cardiff, Wales, United Kingdom290 views
Ezekiel was diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian cancer in September. The oncology team at Cardiff Regional Medical Center has planned 6 rounds of treatment, starting in December. He will be away from work for about 10 weeks.
Ezekiel is 34, worked as a construction supervisor until September, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Cardiff Regional Medical Center 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $8,700 goes:
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $4,250
• Scans and lab work: $1,450
• Transport to Cardiff Regional Medical Center: $790
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $380
• Household costs while unable to work: $1,830
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Praying for you. Get well soon. I went through something like this 14 years ago and strangers helped me out.
