Fighting multiple myeloma: help Oskar afford treatment in Katowice
12 rounds of treatment are planned at Katowice Cancer Centre; we're asking for help with the costs insurance doesn't cover.

Oskar was diagnosed with multiple myeloma in June. The oncology team at Katowice Cancer Centre has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in September. He will be away from work for about 8 weeks.
Oskar is 24, worked as a shop owner until June, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Katowice Cancer Centre 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.

• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $260
• Scans and lab work: $350
• Transport to Katowice Cancer Centre: $240

Chemotherapy and medication not covered is $3,250 of it. Everything else is listed in the story and nothing outside that list comes out of this page. Good question.
