The Baobab health centre yard needs a skate park - Lucas's neighborhood project
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a skate park - we need $350 for materials.

For ten years the neighborhood has asked for a skate park. This year a group of 30 volunteers, including a retired civil engineer, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Baobab health centre yard, but no funding.
We have received donated tools, and the remaining cost is $350.
It will serve about 183 people, including elderly neighbors living alone. We'll hold a build day in November and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
Where the $350 goes:
• Safety equipment and signage: $145
• Tools hire and delivery: $85
• Permits and inspections: $120
